Well, I am typing this update from my brand-new and gloriously wonderful Sony Vaio laptop--just got back from Raleigh, which explains how I had enough money to get it. I'm really grateful to Grandmother and Grandad for buying it for me; this thing kicks absolute ass. I already have two computer games on here, and they run as smooth as butter. Damn, it's so weird; I'm used to really crappy computers that lag with only one game.
Speaking of Raleigh, I enjoyed my time up there. I got a backpack for college that is laptop-specific, so it has a nice space to strap my laptop in. I also got some new clothes (under the guise of "shopping for college," of course), which I enjoy very much. I'm actually really tired right now, mainly because I was in the car for seven hours and that it's after 1 AM. I really missed Kalan while I was gone, so he came over soon after I got home. He showed me a game he made, which was pretty fun in a slice-'em-up kind of way. He told me that it's been raining in Columbus practically every day, which fortunately I missed; the weather was mostly nice up in North Carolina. Apparently there's a tropical storm heading our way tonight, so that'll be fun.
Whew, I'm tired. I'm probably going to hit the sack pretty soon. Just wanted to celebrate my wonderful new laptop, so I'll be off. Tchao, everyone.
Je t'ai croisée
Un samedi soir
Et j'ai jeté sur ta silhouette
Une poignée d'épices colorées
Mon but était clair
