There was a War, but I Must Have Won.
mood: fresh 'n clean
music: "A Smart Kid" by Porcupine Tree

I blog to you on a rather rainy Tuesday morn--er, afternoon, with the apartment empty save Kristen and me. And of course, Porcupine Tree blaring in my ear because the stereo is right next to the computer. Aah, 'tis lovely, 'tis. This is an odd song lyric-wise, but the music and melody are beautiful--so atmospheric. I fear I may explode when I get their new CD this August.

Kristen's inviting some guy over today, so Mother had stationed me to keep watch whilst he is here. I should glare at the guy every time I walk by--I am decked out in darker clothes today. That would be funny. They can't be in her room, so it should be pretty easy to keep watch on them without looking suspicious. Ah, babysitting.

When this dude leaves, or when Mom and Lauren get home, Kalan and I are going out to browse some old stores. He's also going to show me where his mother works so it'll be easier to meet to do Senior Project stuff. I'm hopefully going to start working on it today.

Ah, I'm bored--I'll leave it as it is for now, and I may add more later. See you all.

Je t'ai croisée
Un samedi soir
Et j'ai jeté sur ta silhouette
Une poignée d'épices colorées
Mon but était clair
