Like Lauren said, the funeral was very nice. I feel so much better now because of it. I am still sad because I miss him, but I feel at peace now. I know that Michael is fine and that I will see him someday. I see him almost every day, in fact--he's probably conversing with my guardian angel on Eric's bed behind me right now.
I feel good today. I got a lot of Silverchair tabs off the internet yesterday and I've been learning to play them. I know there are some that I won't be able to yet, but I'm saving those for when I get good enough. I already know "The Greatest View," so I'm happy about that. I'm also teaching myself how to play "My Immortal" by Evanescence on the piano by ear. I've gotten halfway through it so far.
Lauren's in the process of making me a new blog layout, but I'll let the theme be a surprise. I really like how it's turning out so far. Say goodbye to the snow kitty while you can. ::waves at kitty::
I hope Michael has fun jamming on his guitar in heaven.
Je t'ai croisée
Un samedi soir
Et j'ai jeté sur ta silhouette
Une poignée d'épices colorées
Mon but était clair
